1. Information We Collect

Account information: Your name and email address when you sign up.

Photos and profile content: Any photos, screenshots, or text you upload for profile reviews, photo generation, bio generation, or chat analysis.

Payment information: Processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details directly.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session activity for analytics and product improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver the features you request (profile reviews, AI photo generation, bio suggestions, chat help, and dating coaching), send account-related emails and support responses, improve and debug our product, and process payments and handle refund requests.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties to operate the product.

Google Gemini — Your uploaded photos, profile screenshots, and text inputs are sent to Google's Gemini API for AI analysis. Google's privacy policy applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Nano Banana — Photos you upload for AI photo generation are processed through the Nano Banana API. Their privacy policy governs that processing.

Supabase — Your account data and uploaded content are stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. Supabase privacy policy: https://supabase.com/privacy

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded photos and profile content are retained to deliver our services and may be deleted upon account deletion request. Contact us at hello@ablaze.dating to request deletion.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email us at hello@ablaze.dating and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

Our service is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.

Personal Information does not include “Usage Data” which we define as encoded or anonymized information or aggregated data we collect about a group or category of services, features, or users which does not contain personally identifying information. Usage Data helps us understand trends in usage of the Service so that we can better consider new features or otherwise tailor the Service. In addition to collecting and using Usage Data ourselves, we may share Usage Data with third parties, including our customers, partners and service providers, for various purposes, including to help us better understand our customers’ needs and improve the Service as well as for advertising and marketing purposes.

When you register for the Service, we may ask for Personal Information such as your name, email address, or credit card or other billing information. You may also provide at your own discretion certain related information like your personal website name, social media websites, a list of your skills, the date you started using the Service, and a description of yourself. Additionally, as you employ the Sites to create websites, the software continuously saves changes made by you with the server and will document items such as when you are working and saving changes, when you last opened the Designer, when sites are published, or when you perform certain tasks.

We may also retain the contents of any messages you send to us or through the Service, and we may collect information you provide in user content that you post or upload to the Service (“User Content”).
b. Information we may receive from and share with third parties
We may now or in the future receive Personal Information about you from third parties. For example, if you access our Site or Service through a third-party connection or log-in or connect an application to Webflow, that third party you connected with may pass certain information about your use of its service to Webflow. This information could include, but is not limited to, the user ID associated with your account, an access token necessary to access that service, any information that you have permitted the third party to share with us, and any information you have made public in connection with that third-party service.
