These Terms govern your use of Ablaze AI, at ablaze.dating. By creating an account or using any feature, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Ablaze AI. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. What We Offer
Ablaze AI provides AI-powered tools to help you improve your dating profile, including Profile Review, AI Photo Generation, Bio and Prompt Generator, Chat Helper, and Dating Coach. Results may vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes such as increased matches, dates, or relationship success.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of any photos or content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it using our AI tools on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights. You must not upload content that is illegal, explicit, involves minors, or violates anyone else's privacy.
4. Payments and Refunds
All purchases are final except where noted. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment by emailing hello@ablaze.dating. Refund requests submitted after 48 hours are reviewed at our discretion.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, upload content belonging to someone else without their consent, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform, or use the service to harass, deceive, or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Ablaze AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ablaze AI. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose.
8. Third-Party Services
Our platform uses third-party services including Google Gemini, Nano Banana, and Supabase. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or practices.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
